Aakhikh: The House of Blessings
Born from humble beginnings as a home fellowship of a few college students, young adults, and elderly individuals, Aakhikh was established with a shared desire to seek God and build a community rooted in faith. What started as small gatherings marked by heartfelt prayers, worship, and fellowship gradually grew in number and spirit. This growth culminated in the official launch of Aakhikh's first service on March 29, 2024, marking the beginning of its journey as a vibrant church community committed to serving God and people.
In a year, Aakhikh has evolved into a beacon of light for Christians in the North-Eastern region of India and beyond. Its unwavering message of faith, love, and hope has resonated deeply with individuals seeking spiritual nourishment and a stronger connection with God. Through sermons, worship services, and outreach initiatives, the church has remained dedicated to uplifting the community and fostering an environment where people feel welcomed, valued, and inspired to grow in their faith.

Our vision is to reveal the true identity of believers as beloved sons and daughters of God, created for greatness; to foster a loving community of Christ’s followers who grow and thrive together; and to equip believers to walk in godly authority through the knowledge of biblical truths.

Our mission is to equip the Body of Christ to fulfill the Great Commission by discipling nations and taking responsibility to evangelize the world before the Lord’s return. We believe every believer is called to be filled with the Holy Spirit and be Christ’s witness, affirming the Spirit’s gifts, the five-fold ministry, and the ministry of signs, wonders, and miracles. Salvation comes solely through the redeeming Blood of Jesus, with good works as its fruit, and we embrace the Holy Eucharist as a vital expression of faith. Our calling is to prepare believers to carry out God’s will, proclaiming the Gospel to all as we await our King’s return.
Our Beliefs
Aakhikh - The House of Blessings, stands as a non-denominational, independent yet God-dependent, Bible-based, and Spirit-filled church. We believe in the Triune God—God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit—and in the redemptive power of the Cross, which grants us our identity and authority in Christ. The Word of God is our sole infallible authority, and our blessed hope lies in the visible, glorious return of Jesus Christ to reign with His Bride.
God's Word: Our Foundation
We believe the Bible is God's inspired Word, revealing His love for humanity (John 3:16, 2 Timothy 3:15-17).
Jesus: Our Savior, Our King
We believe in Jesus' deity, virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, atoning death, resurrection, and return (Matthew 1:23, John 1:1-4).
Empowered by the Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit's works continue today, baptizing believers in power to witness (John 3:5-8, Acts 1:8).
One Body, One Spirit
We believe all believers are united in Christ, members of His body, the church (1 Corinthians 12:12-27, Ephesians 1:22-23).
Righteous in Christ
We believe we're made righteous through Jesus, our sin debt paid in full (2 Corinthians 5:21).
Children of the King
We believe we're adopted as God's children, heirs to His kingdom (Romans 8:16, Galatians 4:6).
Salvation: God's Gift
We believe salvation frees us from sin's power, available to all who confess Jesus as Lord (Romans 10:9, Galatians 5:1).
Gifts of the Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit's gifts empower us to serve, witness, and build up the body (Mark 16:17-18, 1 Corinthians 12).
Called to GO
We believe we're commissioned to share the gospel with all nations, making disciples (Mark 16:15, Matthew 28:19-20).
